X-Pert Software Solutions was founded in 2003 by Bert Meeus. Continuing the tradition of working in the diampro team, one of the first Belgian diamond software's to be developed by Mr. Brignola, he was convinced to build a windows based version which would exceed the capabilities of the original program by far..
Associating with Michael Brignola as developer and later joined by his brother Jan Meeus as salesman he set the foundations of the company as it is today.
Early 2004 beta versions of the program were installed in several offices which ensured a fully operational version later that same year.
